According to Hamshahri Online, the Iraqi Security Information Unit announced the arrest of a dangerous terrorist during an intelligence operation, by conducting a precise helicopter operation.
The Iraqi Security Information Unit’s statement stated: “Salman Khedir Suleiman Dawood,” a very dangerous terrorist, was arrested in the “Sarheid al-Matar” area, on the border between the Kirkuk and Salahuddin Operations Commands. Quantities of weapons and several communication devices and other items were seized from him.
The Iraqi Security Information Unit stated: This individual has been one of the important terrorist targets and is being pursued by the Iraqi security forces, because he has previously collaborated with al-Qaeda groups and then with the ISIS terrorist group. The Iraqi security forces have achieved successive victories by killing and arresting ISIS terrorist commanders and members.
