Collecting 16,000 pieces of evidence of Israeli war crimes and genocide in Gaza
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - The UN's independent international commission of inquiry announced that it has obtained sufficient evidence to prove crimes against humanity and genocide by Israel in Gaza.

According to the Young Journalists Club , Chris Sidoti, a member of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, announced that the commission has collected sufficient evidence to prove that the criminal army of the terrorist Israeli regime has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
He noted that the investigation team has collected more than 16,000 pieces of evidence, including verified photographs and videos, which are linked to witness testimony in accordance with UN protocols.
Previously, Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, issued an arrest warrant for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, the former Minister of War of the terrorist regime of Israel, on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip.
The arrest warrant was issued following the massive Israeli attacks on Gaza on October 7, 2023. The Hague prosecutor has reasonable grounds to believe that the two senior Israeli officials were involved in crimes such as using starvation as a weapon of war, murder, cruelty and inhumane acts. Karim Khan stressed that the law must be applied without discrimination to all individuals, including Israeli officials.
Although the terrorist regimes of Israel and the United States are not members of the International Criminal Court and do not recognize its jurisdiction, the Hague Prosecutor has called on all states party to the Rome Statute to comply with their international obligations and cooperate in the execution of arrest warrants.
