According to the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/ RL), the Gaza Health Ministry announced that 10 people were killed and 9 others were injured in the area over the past 24 hours. Since the ceasefire was announced on October 11, 2025, 601 people have been killed and 1,607 injured in Gaza, and 726 bodies have been recovered during this period.
According to this report, the total number of martyrs since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, has reached 72,061, and the number of injured has reached 171,715.
This news comes at a time when, following the criminal attack on Sunday, February 16, 1404, by the Zionist regime and the bombing of refugee tents in Khan Yunis and Jabalia, which resulted in the martyrdom of a group of people, the Palestinian Resistance Committees called the attack a war crime in a statement, adding: “This attack reflects the fascist mentality of the Zionists, who find it easy to shed the blood of the Palestinian people and, in the absence of accountability and international silence, seek to impose conditions.”
The statement added: “The new crimes of the Zionists and the commission of massacres prove to everyone that the cabinet of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu does not want to adhere to any ceasefire agreement, but rather seeks to prolong the war at the cost of shedding the blood of the Palestinian people, using false and misleading excuses and justifications.”
The Palestinian Resistance Committees emphasized: We hold the US government fully responsible for this catastrophic situation, because it is the main partner and supporter of the Zionist regime and gives this regime and its criminal leaders the green light and military cover to continue the destruction of our people.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society announced this morning in its latest statistics that as a result of the occupation’s attacks on Khan Yunis and Jabalia on Sunday, 10 people were martyred and several others were injured.
