Gharibabadi: Legal cases filed against some terrorist groups abroad

Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Legal and International Affairs, while referring to the filing of cases against some terrorist groups abroad, said: Follow-ups to address and secure the rights of victims of terror and terrorism, as well as to seriously confront terrorism and terrorists, will continue.

 

Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Legal and International Affairs, announced in an interview with Mizan that Iran continues to have a serious determination to fight terrorism and pursue justice for the victims and survivors of this ominous phenomenon.

Emphasizing that Iran is the greatest victim of terrorism, Gharibabadi said: The document of 23,000 Iranian martyrs of terror has been unveiled; the unveiling of this document and the recording of the details of the martyrs of terror will place our diplomatic and legal community in a superior position for strong mobilization in political pursuits abroad, as well as legal and judicial pursuits at home and abroad.

The Deputy Minister of Legal and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also stated regarding the legal pursuit of the crimes committed by terrorist groups against the people and country of Iran: “We have filed numerous cases against members of terrorist groups, the most important of which is currently underway is the case of the terrorist group of the Hypocrites, for which various court sessions have been held.” Stating that cases have been filed against some terrorist groups abroad, he said: In Denmark, sentences have been issued for several members of the terrorist group of Ahwaziyya, which have been confirmed by the Supreme Court of this country. The official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “We consider it our duty to continue the pursuit of the rights of victims of terror and terrorism, both within the framework of legal and judicial authorities and within the framework of diplomatic authorities and diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as to seriously confront terrorism and terrorists.”
