According to a social reporter from the Student News Agency, the Head of the Judiciary said at the meeting of the heads of the judicial systems of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries: Judicial order and justice are the foundation and foundation of every society, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries must put legal and judicial pursuits against the initiators and implementers of sanctions on their serious agenda.

The Head of the Judiciary continued by saying that terrorists and the actions of terrorist groups threaten international peace and security, including in some of the member countries of this organization. He added: Terrorists have taken the lives of more than 23,000 innocent people in the Islamic Republic over the past four decades and have martyred them.

Mohseni Ejei stated: In addition to terrorism, some member states of the organization are subject to unilateral sanctions by some countries claiming human rights.

The head of the judiciary said: The imposition and implementation of these sanctions are in clear contradiction with international law, the United Nations Charter, and various human rights such as the right to education, the right to health, the right to development, and the right to welfare; therefore, the member states of the organization must not only develop their economic and trade cooperation to counter sanctions, but must also put legal and judicial pursuits against the initiators and implementers of sanctions, as well as support for the victims of sanctions, on their serious agenda.
