Dr. Pezeshkian: We are victims of terrorism
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism – Dr. Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, stated that the enemies’ efforts are to inject the mindset of helplessness and division and discord within Iran, and said: Our success, development and progress in various fields disappoint and disappoint the enemies of the country.
On Saturday morning (May 17), at the ceremony for the second anniversary of the return of the 86th Fleet of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, Masoud Pezeshkian referred to the recent remarks of the US President during his trip to the countries of the region and said: No one believes Trump’s statements against the Iranian nation except himself. On the one hand, he speaks of peace and tranquility, and on the other hand, he threatens with the most advanced means of killing people, and with contradictory statements, he simultaneously sends a message of peace, killing and insecurity. The President emphasized: We are not looking for war, we are negotiators and we talk, but we are not afraid of threats and we will not retreat from our legal rights in any way.
The Iranian President continued his speech by criticizing the silence of human rights advocates in the face of the brutal killing of 60,000 defenseless and innocent people by the Zionist regime and the withholding of food and water from women and children, saying: How do they want to bring peace to humanity with these crimes? We cannot talk about peace and human rights with genocide and the killing of innocent people.
Dr. Pezeshkian also referred to the boycott of the Hague court due to the condemnation of Netanyahu by criminals and false claimants of human rights and democracy, and stated: They want the judgment in the international court to be based on their own standards!
The Iranian President continued: They assassinate our scientists, clerics, and elders, then accuse us of being terrorists! [While] we are victims of terror.
