Here is the full text:
In a terrorist attack in the city of Logar in Afghanistan 130 people were killed and injured. The victims of this terrible disaster were the students who were preparing for the university entrance exam.
Occurrence of this terrorist incident in Ramadan, the month of divine mercy, indicates that the terrorists lack any form of ethics and human conscience as they play role as a tool of the hegemonic states to undermine the material and human resources of developing countries.
Condemning the catastrophe, hoping forgiveness for the victims and full well-being for the injured of the terrorist attack, the Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism call on all of the nations and states of the region to recognize security as a domestic affair and make the nature of terrorism public as a tool of supremacy and an excuse for destroying countries.
