University Professor: Someone who has nothing to say uses force, terror, and bullying
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - University Professor Musa Najafi, in an interview with Khabar Online News Agency, referred to the status of victims of terrorism in Iran and emphasized: Victims of terrorism show that the enemies of the Islamic Revolution are not rational and that they resorted to violence and terror because they have nothing to say.
The text of this interview is as follows:
In your opinion, how is the position of martyrs and victims of terrorism defined in the history of our country?
Victims of terrorism show that the enemies of the Islamic Revolution are not rational and that they resorted to violence and terror because they have nothing to say. Someone who has nothing to say uses force, terror, and bullying, and these people usually use blind logic, or terror, when they can do something and cannot have a substantive say, which usually has no value from a political, military, or even cultural perspective.
What is the duty of society to keep their memory alive?
In the most obvious case, it is to recognize and make known the victims of terrorism in every possible way. For example, similar to what municipalities do, they should name the names of the victims of terrorism on streets and alleys, honor the families of these loved ones and gather their families as often as possible, and in memory of the victims, similar to what other countries do in memory of their elders, these should also be created in every city and every place in some way to honor these loved ones and victims.
What measures do you think can be taken to declare the injustice of the victims of terrorism and their families at the national and international levels?
Families who have lost a martyr are grieving, and the least they expect from people is to honor their martyrs, value them, and not be indifferent to them. At the international level, although terror and terrorism are in the hands of great powers, they cannot openly support terror, so they are forced to stand with the victims of terror in international forums. In addition, it is up to the diplomatic apparatus to what extent it can use this issue and instead of countries that support terrorism falsely introducing Iran as a terrorist promoter, they should show that Iran itself is the biggest victim of terrorism in West Asia, and in this regard, our diplomatic apparatus will have its hands full.
