Letter from the Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism to Telegram Administrators: Stop “Terror Alarm”
The Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism sent a letter to the Telegram administrator, expressing concern about the presence of a terrorist media outlet on this platform.

In a letter to Pavel Durov, the Telegram administrator, the Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism expressed concern about the presence of a terrorist media outlet on this virtual communication platform, examining the terrorist nature of a channel affiliated with the Zionist regime.
In part of this letter, we read, I am writing this letter to officially express our serious concerns about the Telegram channel “Terror Alarm”, which actively uses your platform to publish content that amounts to propaganda for war and incitement to violence, including terrorism. This not only violates the principle of freedom of expression, but also violates established norms of international law.
The letter continues by stating that Article 20(2) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), to which many countries, including the Russian Federation (your country of origin) and the vast majority of Telegram users worldwide, are committed, clearly states: “Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that leads to incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.”
At the end of the letter, the association also demands that Telegram management:
Conduct a full and independent review of the content published by the “Terror Alarm” channel and, if violations are confirmed, take appropriate action, which may include issuing a warning, imposing content restrictions or completely suspending the channel.
It should be noted that the Terror Alarm media outlet is well-known in cyberspace and is attributed to the Zionist regime’s security organizations, including the Mossad, and that Israeli security and military services use this media outlet to broadcast psychological operations.
