Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism – The School of Law at the University of Sunderland, in collaboration with the Law, Society & Vulnerable People Hub, invite Year 12 and 13 students from local schools and colleges to join their Counter Terrorism Symposium.
Participation is via a Poster Competition which will take place on the second day of the Symposium, judged by an illustrious panel of academics, legal professionals and counter terrorism experts.
Students from participating schools will consider what terrorism means to them with a view to exploring different methods of combatting terrorism in the real world.
After the event, all posters will be collated into a commemorative e-book which will be made available to all Symposium participants.
The event will be held on Tuesday 28 March 2023.
