Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism – A member of the Iranian parliament who represents the Armenian minority said that the common enemy of humanity is terrorism.
Recently, the Albanian police clashed with forces from the terrorist group (Camp Ashraf 3) in Tirana, launching an attack on their headquarters. In an interview with the German magazine Spiegel, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama condemned the group’s use of Albanian soil for sabotage, stating that they have been present in Albania for years.
During the 30th inter-parliamentary assembly of Orthodox representatives in Greece, Ara Shaverdian, representing the Armenian minority in Iran’s Islamic Council, shed light on the nature and crimes committed by the terrorist group. He emphasized that Iran has not been safe from the devastating effects of terrorism.
Shaverdian further highlighted specific acts of terror against Iran’s people, such as the bombing of the prime minister’s office on August 30, 1981, and the bombing of the Islamic Republic Party’s office on June 28, 1981.
