He stressed that what is happening in Palestine has gone beyond human rights violations, and it has become necessary to evaluate them within the United Nations Convention to Prevent and Punish the Crime of Genocide.

The Turkish minister also criticized the silence of European leaders regarding what is happening in Gaza.
