The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has filed a written complaint with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against the Zionist regime

Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - OIC has filed a written complaint with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the advisory opinion regarding the obligations of the Zionist regime regarding the activities of international organizations in the Palestinian territories.

According to ISNA, the OIC Secretariat submitted written explanations to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the advisory opinion regarding the obligations of the Zionist regime regarding the presence and activities of the United Nations, other international organizations and third countries in the occupied Palestinian territories.

According to the Palestinian Sama news agency, the organization stressed in a statement on Saturday the importance of these legal efforts to confront the actions of the Zionist regime as the occupying power and its incorrect laws that have prevented the UNRWA from operating in the occupied Palestinian territories since January 30, 2025.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) further reiterated its steadfast support for this international agency (UNRWA), which was established by a resolution of the United Nations General Assembly to serve Palestine refugees until a just and permanent solution to their problem is found.
