Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - Former Mossad chief says Israel has distributed rigged and booby-trapped devices, like the pagers that exploded in Lebanon last year, to every country imaginable.
Yossi Cohen said in this regard that they created modified devices from 2002 to 2004. He went on to say that these devices were used in the Second Lebanon War.
The former Mossad chief went on to say that these manipulated devices were not limited to the Gaza Strip, but were also used in other countries, and that Israel uses them whenever it wants, like drinking water.
The use of civilian means for military purposes is an example of a war crime.
