The Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - Human Rights Watch has announced that ISIS has claimed responsibility for at least 17 terrorist attacks against Hazaras in Afghanistan in the last three years.
According to Pars Today, the Human Rights Watch in its latest report, referring to the recent terrorist crime in Daikundi, reminded that since the emergence of ISIS in Afghanistan in 2015, thousands of people from the Hazara community and other religious minorities of this country have been killed in attacks.
