Association for the Defending Victims of Terrorism – Zuliphil Mandela, grandson of leader Nelson Mandela, said that there is great concern due to the aggression on the Gaza Strip, explaining that South Africa stands with the Palestinians side by side in the face of the Israeli occupation.
Nelson Mandela’s grandson added, during an interview with Al-Ghad TV, that Israel is committing war crimes and genocide of Palestinians, pointing out that the Palestinian people have been a victim since the Nakba of 1948.
He also explained that his grandfather Mandela led his country for freedom, and taught us to tell the truth no matter the cost.
He stressed that the international community, led by the United States, is committing mistakes in Africa as well as in the Middle East, noting that standing beside the Palestinians today is a national duty.
He continued by saying: “Israel is an occupying state, and wants all countries to remain silent, but we will always be against the occupier.”
Zuleville blamed the United States of America, which continues to support Israel.
He called on all countries of the world to stand by the Palestinians and go out in demonstrations, to support them in the face of the brutal occupation that kills children, women and the elderly.
