Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - the representative of Nicaragua in the International Court of Justice, whose country has sued Germany for allegedly participating in the genocide of the people of Gaza by sending weapons to the Zionist regime, said in the session of this court: Israel is committing the genocide of Palestinians and We hope that we can end this genocide by forcing Germany to stop sending weapons to the Zionist regime.
According to IRNA, citing Palestine Online News Agency, the representative of Nicaragua emphasized: The Israeli regime has not implemented the ruling of the International Court of Justice to stop the genocide of Palestinians, therefore, sending weapons to this regime should be stopped.
He emphasized: Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians and we can help the Palestinians to some extent through the International Court of Justice.
The representative of Nicaragua stated: The legal basis of the complaint presented by us is very strong, and we are committed to preventing the genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip by stopping the delivery of weapons to the Israeli regime.
He pointed out that sending weapons to the Israeli regime and violating international laws must be stopped, and we hope to force Germany to stop sending weapons to this regime.
Meanwhile, Nicaragua has closed its embassy in Berlin after suing Germany for its involvement in the genocide of the people of Gaza.
Nicaragua demands an immediate stop to the arms shipment from Germany to the Israeli regime.
