Behind the scenes of paying fees to shelter terrorists in the Balkans

Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism  - Mashreq website stated in a report that security experts believe that Trump's $302 million loan to Albania is not a diplomatic gift, but rather a fee that the United States pays to maintain the security of its terrorists in the Balkans.

According to this report , in recent days, the US State Department announced the finalization of a large loan of $302 million to Albania within the framework of the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) program.

An agreement that, according to Washington, is designed to help Tirana fulfill the “Hague Defense Commitment” and increase the country’s military budget to 5% of GDP by 2035.

In a statement from the US State Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, the loan was described as a measure to “modernize the Albanian armed forces” and “strengthen Europe’s ability to lead in its own defense.” But a closer look at the mechanism of this loan and its hidden benefits for Washington paints a different picture of this generosity; a picture in which the footprint of the imposition of the EU’s nuclear waste and the terrorists living in “Manz” on Albanian soil is visible.

A loan that returns to America with high interest

The first point that is overlooked in this deal is the word “Loan.” This $302 million is not a grant; Albania is required to repay the money with interest. At the same time, the terms of the FMF program require the buyer to spend this money exclusively on purchasing equipment and weapons from American companies.

Economic analysts call this mechanism an “indirect subsidy to the US military-industrial complex”; a subsidy that is paid for not by American taxpayers themselves, but by the Albanian people in the form of installment payments.

Furthermore, the exclusive purchase of American equipment means creating a long-term logistical, ammunition, and training dependency of the Albanian army on the Pentagon; a golden chain that will deny Tirana the possibility of changing defense partners for decades.

But the most key aspect of the story was perhaps sought in the black case of the MKO TERRORISTS and the waste that the United States is dumping on this country. Under direct pressure from the US government, Albania, from 2016-2017, accepted the two options of storing American and European nuclear waste in Albania or accepting the MKO TERRORISTS terrorist group, accepting about 3,000 members of this group in a camp located in the “Manz” region of Albania.

This forced acceptance exposed Tirana to severe diplomatic tensions and even direct security threats. Existing documents and confessions also show that the MKO TERRORISTS has turned Albanian soil into a base for assassination operations, cyber espionage, and psychological warfare against the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Albanian people are paying the price for this from their own pockets.

Security experts now believe that they see the $302 million loan not as a diplomatic gift, but as a risk premium that the United States pays to maintain the security of its terrorists in the Balkans.

At the same time, the agreement also advances classic US geopolitical goals. Albania is located next door to Serbia, Russia’s traditional ally in the Balkans. Modernizing the Albanian army with American weapons would tip the regional balance in NATO’s favor and increase pressure on Belgrade. An indebted and heavily armed Albania would become a cheap and compliant base for Washington’s policies in southeastern Europe.

Washington’s $302 million loan to Tirana is a win-win deal for the United States: selling arms at a guaranteed profit, permanently subordinating a NATO ally, providing security for protected terrorists without their names appearing on official documents, and planting a “controllable blackmailer” in the Balkans’ backyard.

Protests escalate in the country hosting the MKO TERRORISTS

For more than sixty days, thousands of Albanian citizens have taken to the streets, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The protests were initially sparked by opposition to the construction of a large resort on the Zornets Peninsula, located in the Vuosa-Narta protected area, a project that environmentalists believe will cause irreparable damage to the region’s ecosystem. But the scope of public anger quickly went beyond an environmental dispute to opposition to the entire power system in Albania. Protesters call Edi Rama a traitor for selling out their country to the United States and the Zionist regime.

Simultaneously with these nationwide protests, the issue of the occupation of 34 hectares of Albanian land by the MKO TERRORISTS group has also become one of the controversial policies of the Rama government.

This group, which was imposed on Albania by the United States, has now occupied an area of 34 hectares in Albanian territory with the personal support of Edi Rama, and the costs of maintaining and housing its members are covered by the taxes of the Albanian people. This action, combined with the economic crisis and domestic protests, has increased public anger.

The Albanian people are protesting that the land and money from loans received by Albania, instead of being spent on the Albanian people, has been spent on supporting terrorists who have also kept the “shadow of Iran’s missile security threat” over Tirana. Albanians have said in their protests that if a missile reaches Israel, it will definitely reach Tirana!
