According to Hamshahri Online, the General Directorate of the Iraqi Intelligence and Security Service announced in a statement that its special intelligence missions group was able to kill one of the senior ISIS commanders in Salahuddin province through a precise intelligence effort.
Citing the Iraqi National News Agency (NINA), the institution announced in a statement that this terrorist agent was responsible for financing and supporting the ISIS terrorist group and was a prominent intelligence element for whom an arrest warrant had previously been issued under the Anti-Terrorism Law.
