Complaint against Biden to the International Criminal Court

Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) has filed a complaint against the former US President and two members of his administration with the International Criminal Court.

Democracy for the Arab World Now has called on the International Criminal Court to open an investigation into Joe Biden, former Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and former US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for their “role in aiding and abetting, as well as willful participation in, the Zionist regime’s war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.”

A 172-page report prepared with the support of lawyers registered with the International Criminal Court and other war crimes experts shows that former US officials have violated the provisions of the Rome Statute and the Charter of the Court by supporting the Zionist regime.

The report, submitted to the International Criminal Court, identifies what it describes as a pattern of deliberate and conscious decisions by these officials to provide military, political and public support to facilitate the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza.

The report emphasizes that “Biden, Blinken and Austin, by providing continuous and unconditional political and military support to the Zionist regime, while being fully aware of the specific crimes committed by Netanyahu, Gallant and their subordinates, played a role in these crimes.”

According to IRNA, the Zionist army failed to achieve its declared goals during 471 days of war and massacre in the Gaza Strip and was ultimately forced to accept defeat in the face of resistance and a ceasefire agreement.

Finally, after much wrangling and internal disputes between the Zionists and the regime’s cabinet ministers, the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip entered into force on Sunday afternoon, January 20.
