UN: Israel is committing a war crime with the weapon of starvation in Gaza
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - UN experts accused Israel of once again using the weapon of starvation against Palestinians in Gaza, warning that this action is a clear violation of international law and a war crime.

According to the Palestinian Information Center, they announced that Israel has once again imposed a complete blockade policy after violating the ceasefire agreement and preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, while as an occupying force it is obliged to provide the basic needs of the people of Gaza, including food, medicine and relief aid.
The experts emphasized that creating uninhabitable conditions for Palestinians, from Gaza to the West Bank, indicates Israel’s attempt to change the population and seize Palestinian lands by force. They also warned that the support of some countries for the regime’s justifications for blocking aid is worrying and that the international community must fulfill its responsibility to stop these brutal attacks.
Citing the rulings of the International Court of Justice, Israel is obliged to facilitate the entry of aid into Gaza, and the continuation of the blockade, the destruction of infrastructure and the killing of Palestinians can be considered as evidence of the crime of genocide against the Palestinian people.
The experts called on the mediators of the ceasefire, including Egypt, Qatar and the United States, to intervene to prevent the collapse of the agreement and to demand that Israel adhere to its international obligations.
They also called on all countries of the world to take the necessary measures to end this endless aggression against the Palestinian people and their rights, before this wave of injustice and chaos engulfs the entire world.
