Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism issued a statement ondemning the terrorist attack on Kabul Airport.

A massive explosion near Kabul airport has killed and injured nearly hundreds of people in recent days.

This crime occurred at a time when US forces are leaving Afghanistan completely after 20 years of futile military intervention, and their long occupation has left the Afghan people with nothing but the spread of insecurity and the destruction of infrastructure and the thousands killed, wounded and displaced.

The Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism condemns this crime, expresses its condolences to the survivors, and wishes an immediate recovery for the injured, calls on the United Nations, with the cooperation of the states of the region, the elders and the elites of Afghanistan, to provide the ground for the formation of a people’s government for the oppressed people of Afghanistan through elections as soon as possible.

Otherwise, we will have to wait for the recurrence of more tragic disasters from terrorist groups in this country.
