Chile also joins the lawsuit against the Zionist regime

Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - According to Al-Alam, the president of Chile, Gabriel Borich, announced that his country will join South Africa's complaint against Israel.

Borich said in a speech in the Chilean parliament: “We cannot stop expressing our anger against the blind and completely disproportionate actions of the Israeli army against innocent citizens, especially Palestinian women and children.” These actions require a decisive response from the international community.

The President of Chile added: Therefore, in addition to sending humanitarian aid to Palestine, recalling our ambassador from Israel, filing a complaint against Israel at the International Criminal Court, we also join South Africa’s complaint against Israel at the International Court of Justice.

Previously, South Africa had submitted a complaint against the Zionist regime to the International Court of Justice for violating the Genocide Convention.

The preliminary verdict of the International Court of Justice regarding South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime was issued on Friday, the 6th of Bahman; This ruling obliges the Zionist regime to take measures to prevent the genocide in Gaza.

Judge Nawaf Salam, the head of the International Court of Justice, recently announced that South Africa has requested the court to take additional measures regarding the military operations in Rafah.

He added: According to the Genocide Prohibition Treaty, any operation in Rafah may lead to partial or total destruction in this city, and Israel must immediately stop military attacks on Rafah. From our point of view, any military operation in Rafah will cause total destruction in the region.

On the other hand, Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, demanded the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of War Yoav Galant of the Zionist regime on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

If the judges of the International Criminal Court agree to this request, 124 member countries of this legal body are obliged to arrest him.
