The Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism - Taliban, in response to the action of the International Criminal Court, said that Afghanistan's membership in this court is not necessary.

The Taliban has reacted to the recent decisions of the International Criminal Court in a statement.

The statement states that the Taliban, as a military force that protects the religious and national values of Afghans, does not consider itself obligated to answer to the International Criminal Court, which was established based on the Rome Statute.

The statement added that this court does not act on the basis of justice, but rather acts based on political preferences and has remained silent in the face of the oppression and killing of millions of innocent people in the world.
