Terrorism is not confined to the national and regional borders and it plays role as the most important cause of terror, and a threat to international peace and security. Due to the negligence of the heads of states and international organizations, this role has been highlighted. Innocent people, therefore, are killed in the streets due to the negligence and imprudence of this heinous phenomenon. The alliance between the states and the international community was expected to confront terrorism but unfortunately, an alliance occurred among terrorist groups and the world faced the most heinous crimes of ISIS, including the massacre of hundreds of people in Beirut and Paris within a few days.
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism condemns the recent terrorist attacks in Beirut and Paris and has sympathy for the families of the victims and Lebanese and French nation. Furthermore, we declare that terrorism is condemned in any form and for any motivation. Terrorist groups should know that massacre of people will lead to increasing global hatred of such terrorist groups.
Regarding the ISIS’s massacre in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Jordan etc, the families of victims of terrorism in Iran call for formation of an international campaign to counteract and condemn the acts of ISIS terrorist group.Families of victims of terrorism are aware with the concept of terror and the damages of terrorism on the society more than anyone else.
