The resolution of the UN Human Rights Council also called on the international community to stop sending weapons to the Zionist regime.
The resolution of the Human Rights Council emphasized that the purpose of passing this resolution is to prevent further violations of human rights in Gaza.
This resolution raised the verdict of the Hague International Court about the possibility of genocide in Gaza as one of its documents.
The Human Rights Council resolution also condemned the Zionist regime’s use of hunger as a war tool.
The Human Rights Council also criticized the occupation regime for refusing to cooperate with UN fact-finding teams to investigate war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
This is the first time that the UN Human Rights Council, 6 months after the Gaza war and after the martyrdom of more than 33,000 Palestinians, takes a serious position regarding the genocide in Gaza.
28 members out of 47 members of the UN Human Rights Council voted in favor of this resolution. America, Germany and 6 other countries voted against this resolution and France, Albania and 11 other countries abstained.
